Biothane collars by Chief Treats

Our collars are made from Genuine high-quality Biothane material which has a similar look and feel to leather. We currently stock 3/4" width Biothane in many different colors, some in different thicknesses. As we continue to develop this product line this web page will be updated to include more specific details and customizable options.

Because each collar is handmade, there may be difference between each collar and from the product photos themselves.*

  3. Hardware Discoloration and Wear: The hardware on the leash and collar, including clips, rings, and fasteners, may experience natural discoloration, tarnishing, or wear over time. Exposure to water, salt, dirt, and other environmental factors may accelerate this process. These changes are a normal part of the product's use and do not affect the functionality of the leash or collar.
  4. Safety: It is your responsibility to ensure that the leash and collar are appropriately sized and properly fitted to your pet. Always supervise your pet while using the leash and collar, and do not leave your pet unattended while they are wearing the collar or attached to the leash.
  5. Not for Extreme Pulling: Biothane leashes and collars are designed for everyday use with most dogs. However, for dogs that exhibit extreme pulling or aggressive behavior, additional reinforcement or specialized equipment may be necessary. Always assess your dog's behavior and choose the appropriate strength and size of the leash and collar.
  6. No Liability for Injury or Damage: We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of the leash or collar. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, pet injury, or property damage caused by improper use, failure to maintain the leash or collar, or incorrect sizing.
  7. Care Instructions: To prolong the life of your Biothane leash and collar, wipe them clean with a damp cloth after use, especially after exposure to salt water or dirt. Store the leash and collar in a dry place when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause discoloration over time.
